Most in-stock US orders are processed in 3–7 business days. Selected styles offer same-day shipping when the listing says Same Day and you order before cutoff. Tracking is sent when the order leaves our warehouse.

After the package ships, typical US transit is another 3–5 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

Prescription lenses

Orders that include prescription lenses need an extra 2–3 business days after we have the frame and prescription details.

Backorder and frames from Italy

Some colors and models go on backorder when demand is high. Those usually arrive in 2–3 weeks. Frames ordered from Italy typically take 2–3 weeks.

Carriers

We ship with USPS or UPS, and with local courier partners when needed. Delivery method is confirmed at checkout.

International

International shipping is calculated at checkout. Customs or import fees are the customer’s responsibility and can add transit time.

How to start a return

Email shopping@allureaid.com with your order number. Use PRODUCT RETURN, EXCHANGE REQUEST, or CANCEL REQUEST in the subject. You can also call 888-696-5405.

What we can accept

Items must be unworn and in original condition, with the original box, warranty card, and certificate of authenticity. Missing materials or damage may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%.

What is not returnable

• Prescription lenses (made to order)
• Original outbound shipping charges
• Foreign customs fees

Refunds

Qualifying returns are refunded for the product price after inspection. Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive the package. Cancellations are allowed any time before the order ships.

AllureAid pays the shipping on exchanges. If AllureAid made a mistake with the order, AllureAid also pays the return shipping.

Frames

Manufacturer defects are covered for one year from delivery. Normal wear and tear, accidents, and misuse are not covered. Claims need the original case, papers, and your order number.

Prescription lenses

Lenses made by AllureAid are covered for 30 days. They are made to order and cannot be returned for a change of mind or a new prescription.
