Free standard shipping on US orders over $30. Orders of $30 and under ship for a flat $5.
Most in-stock US orders are processed in 3–7 business days. Selected styles offer same-day shipping when the listing says Same Day and you order before cutoff. Tracking is sent when the order leaves our warehouse.
After the package ships, typical US transit is another 3–5 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.
Prescription lenses
Orders that include prescription lenses need an extra 2–3 business days for processing after we have the frame and prescription details.
Backorder and frames from Italy
Some colors and models go on backorder when demand is high. Those usually arrive in 2–3 weeks. Frames ordered from Italy typically take 2–3 weeks.
Carriers
We ship with USPS or UPS, and with local courier partners when needed. Delivery method is confirmed at checkout.
International
International shipping is calculated at checkout. Your country may charge customs or import fees; those are the customer’s responsibility and can add transit time while the package clears customs.
