Shipping
Yes. US orders over $30 ship free with standard shipping. Orders of $30 and under are a flat $5. International shipping is calculated at checkout.
Yes. International shipping is calculated at checkout. Your country may charge customs or import fees; those are the customer’s responsibility and can add transit time.
Most in-stock US orders are processed in 3–7 business days. Selected styles offer same-day shipping when the product page says Same Day. After the package ships, typical US transit is another 3–5 business days. Prescription lenses add 2–3 business days. Backorder and frames from Italy usually take 2–3 weeks. Tracking is sent when the order leaves our warehouse.
We ship with USPS or UPS, and with local courier partners when needed. The delivery method is confirmed at checkout.
Returns
Yes. Unworn frames can be returned within 30 days of delivery, with the original box, warranty card, and certificate of authenticity. Email shopping@allureaid.com with your order number and the words PRODUCT RETURN. The customer pays return shipping unless we agree otherwise in writing. Prescription lenses cannot be returned.
Returns that are missing original materials, or that come back damaged, go through review and may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. Tampered or intentionally damaged merchandise is not refundable.
You can cancel any time before the order ships. Exchanges follow the same 30-day and condition rules as returns. Email us with CANCEL REQUEST or EXCHANGE REQUEST and your order number.
Warranty
Frames are covered for manufacturer defects for one year. Normal wear and tear is not covered. Prescription lenses made by AllureAid are covered for 30 days. See the warranty page.
Lenses
Add your frame to the cart, then choose lenses from the prescription lenses collection. You will send us your prescription and PD. Lenses are made to order and cannot be returned. How to measure your PD.
AllureAid is out-of-network for most plans. After checkout, use your order confirmation to request reimbursement from your vision insurance, FSA, or HSA provider. Coverage varies by plan. How to claim insurance benefits.
Fit
Use the three numbers on a pair you already like (lens width, bridge, temple). Compare them with the size chart on the product page. For shape guidance, see how to choose frames for your face.
