didnt estimate shipping right... had to pay other fee, customs... bla bla bla
I waited a long time, I wrote an email to them and they replied that they would send it within 48 hours and send the tracking number, after three days I received nothing, they do not respond to emails and I had to cancel the order.

I received sunglasses a couple of weeks ago, merely used them but observed some marking or defect on the left side lens and wondering if this is a an authentic pair or not.
I was sent wrong shades. I had to call twice and was Informed the right item was going to be sent out and I’m still waiting for it. I sent wrong shades back

Love these glasses. I have 2 colors. Perfect for smaller faces and small nose bridge. They are lightweight and don't slip down my nose. Very classy looking. Get many compliments.
They are very nice, but the side mounts are a bit loose.
I found AllureAid on the web, searching for lens for my ski goggles, ordered them and I received them with 2-3 days delay, which is within normal range, nicely packed.
Shades review - I wanted these (El professor) so I got them.
Daily usage - A bit heavy and looooose so be mindful. You cannot make them tight.
Seller - The product looks genuine. But their Shipping SUCKS
Shipping - Took two weeks to get the item. Though on the checkout page it says delivery in 3 days.
Tracking - You don't get much information directly from them for first 10 days.
Will I buy again from allureAid.com - NO, Never. Why - because there is no support, super slow delivery, no way to track anything but to sign up for an additional third party app that wants to sell you more stuff.
I really have no complaints other than it took a lot longer than I expected to receive them. I'm not sure if they order from overseas, but it was around 2 weeks before they came in. I think they should be a little more transparent with the process of shipping once ordered.
