Frames are covered for manufacturer defects for one year. Prescription lenses are covered by AllureAid for 30 days.

Frames

Manufacturer defects on frames are covered for one year from delivery. Normal wear and tear, accidents, and misuse are not covered.

Every AllureAid frame is authentic and ships with the manufacturer’s packaging and documentation. Warranty claims need the original case, papers, and your order number.

Prescription lenses

Prescription lenses made by AllureAid are covered for 30 days. Lenses are made to order and cannot be returned for a change of mind or a new prescription.

How to start a claim

Email shopping@allureaid.com with your order number, a short description of the defect, and photos if you have them. You can also call 888-696-5405.
