shopping bag
On every item description page, you may click on the "add to
shopping bag" button to add an item to your shopping bag. Need more than one?
Not a problem. After clicking on the button, you will be brought to your
shopping bag page. Change the quantity to the one desired and click on the
"Update Shopping Bag" button to do exactly that. [to

placing order
After checking out, you will receive a confirmation on the website
itself stating that your order has been approved . You will then receive a
similar confirmation email message.

coupon
If you have received a coupon code, usually find it on print
magazines, online banners, our affiliate websites, or our website, you may enter
the coupon code in the shopping bag.

back order
Because of high demand for the brand name glasses, some
frames and colors may be on the back order. Sunglasses and glasses usually come off the
back order in 2-3 weeks.

european frames
Some of the frames we sell are European only frames.
We special order the European frames and it can take up-to 2 month to receive the special ordered European
frames in stock. The European frames are not refundable. All purchases of European frames are final.
Customers will be charged for the purchase after the europen frame were special ordered, and before receiving the european frames.

shipping method/cost
Currently, we ship all packages via USPS, or DHL. Using the
date of you invoice as a reference, please allow a 5-10 days processing period,
and usually another 3-5 days for you purchases to arrive, depending on your
location and our inventory situation.
We offer 3 shipping options
standard ground Free for orders of $100.00 or more (US only)
2 day delivery ($20.00) (Continental US Only, does not Apply to PO Boxes OR APO's)
overnight, by 3:00PM ($40.00) (Continental US Only, does not Apply to PO Boxes OR APO's)
All APO’s, P.O. Box, or international orders are shipped via USPS. The international shipped orders will not have the tracking information available.
All orders for in-stock merchandise that are placed prior to 5pm Eastern Time (ET),
Monday through Friday, are usually shipped in 3-5 business days. All orders for in-stock
merchandise that are placed after 5pm ET on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday,
will leave our warehouse the following Wednesday or Thursday.
Shipping costs: The
table below contains the prices for shipping the items to you. Please contact our Customer Service
for the express shipping option. AllureAid,Inc is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.

return policy
We - at AllureAid want you to enjoy the products that you purchase, and
for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return
it, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or a refund of your purchase price
(not including shipping and handling), assuming that returns are made within 30
days of your purchase and that returned items are in their original condition.
We cannot accept returns after 30 days after delivery. The 30 days start on the day customer takes delivery of the the merchandize,
and merchandize has to be returned within 30 days of receiving the merchandise. Click here to read about

cancelation policy
To cancel the order before it is shipped;
please send an email to CustomerService@AllureAid.com with the "Cancel Request" in the subject line.
Please include the order number in the email body.
If the order has already been shipped please follow the return instructions to return the product.
returns and exchanges
First make sure your return comply to our
return policy. Contact CustomerService@AllureAid.com, use
"PRODUCT RETURN" plus your original order number as your subject header. On your
mail body, please list the product(s) that you want to return, a brief reason,
and indicate if you want to exchange, or refund. One of our sales representative
will contact you as soon as its approved, and you'll receive a "return
confirmation number" via email, with detailed return

Following the order confirmation email, you'll also receive an order
tracking email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. You'll find a
tracking number in the order tracking email, your package can be tracked via http://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm. [to top]
is it safe?
We - at AllureAid cannot stress enough how much emphasis we
place on security and with providing the safest possible shopping environment
for our guests.
We use industry-standard 128 bit SSL encryption (Secure Sockets
Layer) to ensure that all sensitive data, such as credit card information and
user information, are securely processed. The SSL system encrypts information
that you submit to us via our Web site when you place an

AllureAid does not store any credit card information of any of
our guests on our local system. All credit card transactions are handled and
committed at VeriSign's Payflow Pro system. From the time you submit your credit
card information, which is SSL encrypted, to committing the sales transaction,

Our site uses order, registration and contact forms so that you can
request information, products and services. Your billing information is also
used to get in touch with you when necessary. Telephone numbers are only used to
contact you regarding your order. Financial information, such as your credit
card information, that is collected is used to bill you for products and
services. During the order process, AllureAid accepts your credit card
information, submits the data to VeriSign's Payflow system and commits the
transaction; all happen in the SSL environment. Your credit card information is
never archived in our database.
